A PRIVATE VENTURE CAPITAL INITIATIVE CREATED IN 2024
In the Horn of Africa, Guul Fund, which means Victorious, is an initiative of Parker
Russell Horn of Africa and Rako Research & Communication Centre, standing out as
the first investment vehicle of its kind that is locally owned. Our mission is to help
business owners and leaders in small and medium enterprises (SMEs) achieve their
growth goals and create jobs by providing exposure to private equity and venture
capital investments through our platform. Our primary investment objective is to
generate long-term capital appreciation.

leaders. Our integrated services include capital infusion, relevant market access, and
expert advice and training to empower business leaders with the skills they need to
succeed. As agents and drivers of change, we recognize the vital role that committed

What are we looking for?
Here are the criteria for investment:

advantage. - The business should have the ability to fill and cope with paperwork.
